2. Not Emergency / Not Medical / Not Legal / Not Financial / Not Mental Health
Lifeline Amiga does not provide emergency response, medical treatment, medical diagnosis, legal services, financial advice, or mental health counseling, and does not replace licensed professionals, emergency services, or family involvement. In the event of an emergency, local emergency services should be contacted immediately.
3. Well-check Limitations
Well-being and safety checks are observational and supportive in nature and do not guarantee prevention of illness, injury, emergencies, or other adverse events. Services do not include continuous monitoring or 24/7 supervision and are provided according to the agreed-upon scope and schedule.
4. Binder / Legacy Planning Limitations (Legal disclaimer)
Assistance with life preparation, document organization, and legacy or end-of-life planning is informational and organizational only. Lifeline Amiga does not draft, validate, or provide legal documents, nor offer legal or estate planning advice.

Lifeline Amiga relies on information provided by clients and authorized contacts and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Clients are responsible for designating authorized contacts and providing consent for communication with third parties.
6. Third-Party Providers
Referrals or coordination with third-party providers are offered as a convenience. Lifeline Amiga is not responsible for the actions, services, or outcomes of any third-party providers.
7. Availability & No Guarantees
Services may be subject to geographic availability, local regulations, scheduling, and safety considerations, particularly for clients living abroad or outside their country of origin. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
